Game-Changer Academy programs are sold as described at the time of enrollment. Enrollment constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Ryan Montis / Game-Changer Academy.
All program details, including duration, inclusions, and pricing, are confirmed in writing prior to enrollment.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on program enrollment, training registrations, or any other GCA products or services.
This policy is deliberate. Personal responsibility is a core value of GCA, and the refund policy reflects that. We encourage you to ask every question you have before enrolling — Ryan will answer them honestly.
Testimonials and results shared on this site represent individual outcomes. Your results will vary based on your effort, background, experience, and market conditions.
GCA does not guarantee specific income, client numbers, or business outcomes. What we guarantee is a rigorous, comprehensive training environment. What you do with it is up to you.
All course content, frameworks, and materials provided through GCA are the intellectual property of Ryan Montis / Game-Changer Academy. You may not reproduce, share, or resell this content without written permission.
Board-level certifications are issued by the respective certifying organizations (ABNLP, TLTA, ABH) upon meeting their requirements. Certification is not automatic — it requires demonstrated competency as assessed during training.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Ontario jurisdiction.
