The backstory
Ryan's path to becoming a Board-Certified Trainer wasn't a straight line. And that's kind of the point.
He started in the military. Discipline, structure, high-stakes environments. Then loss prevention — reading people, patterns, behaviour. Then private investigation. You learn a lot about human psychology when your job is to understand what people won't say out loud.
Along the way, he discovered NLP. Then Time Line Therapy™. Then hypnotherapy. And he realized these weren't just tools — they were the missing framework for everything he'd been doing intuitively for years.
He got certified. Then certified to train others. He studied the gold-standard Tad James methods for NLP and Time Line Therapy. He trained in the Krasner Method for Hypnotherapy. And he became one of a relatively small number of Board-Certified Trainers across all three disciplines.
But the certification didn't come with a business. That's a different problem entirely — and one most programs don't solve.
So Ryan figured it out. He built the Adopt-An-Audience model. He developed the $100K Roadmap. He got 47 enrollments from a single 5-minute introduction at a conference. Not because he was lucky. Because he understood what most practitioners don't: great marketing makes great sales easy.
